HEATforming™ has developed a metal forming technology registered under the name HEATforming™. This uses internal gas pressure to hot form hollow parts, tubes or profiles. Even most metals or alloys that cannot be formed when cold, such as high-strength steel, can be formed. HEATforming™ gives designers and engineers new degrees of freedom in the design of low-cost hollow bodies and lightweight constructions.
